What about red color?

The red color is the symbol of life, power, wealth and passion. In the history of fashion, many designers have used it or have turned it into a distinctive sign to differentiate themselves from the competition. For example, the « Rouge de Valentino », or the fabulous Louboutin shoes and their famous “red bottoms ».

Years and the seasons go by, but whether on fashion shows or in various collections on di in boutiques or other, fashion never goes red.

Since the fifties until today, red has been the main color of all seasons, in all its colors and I confess that it’s one of my favorites color.

The Royal Palace:

For this working-girl style, I opted for a red suit! And honestly, I found the result super nice, because the outfit and the color worked well with the place, which is simply the Royal Palace of Paris.

The Palais-Royal was built by Cardinal Richelieu in 1628 and bequeathed to Louis XIII at his death. Located in the heart of Paris, its multi-centenary history and its great architectural diversity have made it one of the most lively places in the capital.

To help you to locate it, it’s the imposing building facing the Louvre, in the first arrondissement of Paris. The palace is now houses the State Council, the Constitutional Council and the Ministry of Culture, a garden, galleries and a theater. That’s it for the little story!

Now let’s back to the main subject, the suit … Whether in the evening or at the office, the tailor set is back and is the star piece to wear. Spotted on the podiums autumn-winter 2019-2020, Vanessa Hudgens, Penelope Cruz or Gigi Hadid did not wait until the next season to adopt it.

What to wear with the costume?

Symbol of working girl style of the eighties, the pantsuit quickly became sad, boring, and even cheesy. But as you know, fashion is an eternal renewal. The suit no longer necessarily rhymes with the total working-girl look. This season, to be trendy, you have to play more cool and relaxed. You can always combine it with an elegant white shirt and a pair of pumps to feminize the whole. I chose to wear it with a little black top with Steve Madden gray pumps.

It can also be worn with a pair of beige leather pumps that nicely integrates with a wide variety of outfits. You can also harmonize the red blazer with black slim leather pants, to get a relaxed but stylish look. The red blazer look, gray ripped jeans and a pair of black leather pumps is an option that I like too.

As Valentino Garavani said “I believe that a woman dressed in red is always beautiful. In the middle of the crowd, she is the perfect image of the heroine.”

Thank you for reading.
